The design was challenged by tight site constraints, requiring careful consideration to maximize the use of available space. The project places a strong emphasis on visibility, aiming to create a standout presence at the bustling intersection. This urban infill project not only meets the demands of the local community but also serve as a morning gathering place, drawing in customers and adding vibrancy to east Wichita’s urban fabric.
