This project in Dodge City, KS, involved the construction of a multi-tenant building strategically located along the busy 14th Street near Dodge City Community College. The design incorporated a Starbucks prototype as the anchor tenant, providing a well-known and popular coffee destination for students and the community. Alongside Starbucks, a T-Mobile store was included. The exterior design features a timeless brick wainscot, adding a touch of sophistication and durability to the building. To further elevate the aesthetics, a herringbone brick detail was integrated, creating an eye-catching pattern that complements the overall design. This project aimed to create a vibrant and dynamic commercial space, catering to the needs of the local community while blending into the architectural fabric of Dodge City’s commercial corridor.
